In reply to Jesse. Hi Jesse - thanks for taking a look. This process only works with Infusionsoft order forms, not the shopping cart. If you can sell the same product via Order Forms, this should work as intended.

How do I remove the Infusionsoft URL from the link? Replacing “yourtermsandconditions” just puts my website URL behind the infusionsoft managecart URL.

This works great and thanks for the code except that with Paypal, the box disappears. Rather, when the paypal option is checked, the box disappears and it won’t let anyone continue until the box is checked (which isn’t there for them to check). Is there any fix for that by chance?

Hey Brett,

I used your code but ran into a funny issue. When I didn’t check the terms and conditions box and triggered the validation and then checked it after, I would not be able to submit the form. When I changed eq(1) to eq(0), I think it replaced the element with itself instead of what to me seemed like an error as there is no list for that element. This appears to have solved my issue. I just wanted to pass that along in case you or somebody else could use it.

Any idea why I would have issues with eq(1) as opposed to eq(0)?

Hi Ann – thanks for your comments. Unfortunately, there is no way to add that as data inside Infusionsoft.

You can do a custom yes/no field, which would allow you to save the data inside Infusionsoft, but if the intent is to prove that they initiated the yes/no it would be difficult to prove.
