How It Works

Infusionsoft is an all-in-one sales and marketing automation platform. It includes a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), a powerful automation builder with drag and drop functionality, sales tracking and payments.

It's a powerful tool, but it needs to be set-up before you can use it properly. That's why we've spent a lot of time fine-tuning the process, so it's as turnkey as possible for you. When you sign up for Infusionsoft, you'll get access to templates, reports, pre-written content and even pre-built automated campaigns.

Below you'll see some of the features your Infusionsoft account will include:

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Keep track of all touch-points with your prospects and patients by adding notes, tasks, documents and custom information for each person.

Grouping and Segmentation

Segment your contacts into meaningful groups so you can communicate with them based on their needs.

Pre-written Emails

Email content built specifically for your clinic is pre-written so all you need to do is click "send". It also includes your logo and branding specific to you.

Automated Follow Up

You'll have automated follow up for your prospects and patients to make sure no one slips through the cracks. Remember the old saying, "The money is in the follow up"? With this system, you can click a button and your contacts will receive on-going commuincation.

How to Get Started

1.

Sign Up. As a Certified Partner for Infusionsoft, we'll work with you to get you the best deal possible. Your agreement is with them (Keap/Infusionsoft) and is month-to-month, no contract.

2.

We'll customize Infusionsoft for your clinic. We'll work on installing the campaigns and emails based on your branding and logo.

3.

Launch. After we customize Infusionsoft for your clinic, we'll set up training meetings for you and your staff so you are confident and comfortable using the software.

What's Included

Blick Digital will work with you to implement Infusionsoft and other tools to help organize your contact database and automate the client follow up. This includes setting up the software, importing contacts where necessary, workflow set up and training. We will work closely alongside you/your team members and other partners through a combination of on-going meetings and deliverables during the engagement.


It’s estimated that the initial set up will take 3-4 weeks to complete and we will continue to work with you/your team on training and minor modifications through week 6.

  • Set up custom fields and tags so that contacts are sorted into proper groups
