Infusionsoft is an incredible automation tool that allows you to track and automate repetitive tasks like sending emails, updating contact information, or even….sending faxes (what?!).
The problem is that most businesses today use more and more online web apps to run their businesses.
While Infusionsoft is a great tool for the sales and marketing side of your business, it’s not really built for other uses like project management, service fulfillment, accounting, or feature-rich shopping carts.
That’s why you’ll need an Infusionsoft integration tool to make sure your data automatically updates Infusionsoft or that Infusionsoft automatically updates your other apps when certain milestones happen during the customer journey.
This list is mostly complete, but we’ll be adding to it as new Infusionsoft integrations are released. For each tool, we’ve included an overview, what other major web apps it integrates with and our grade for how easy it is to set up and use (A being really easy and F being a nightmare, we don’t have any F’s on this list yet).
Below you’ll find our favorite Infusionsoft integrations and tools.
Overview: Zapier is an online automation tool that allows you to connect your favorite apps with Infusionsoft. This one is easily one of my favorite tools for Infusionsoft integrations because it’s easy to use, integrates with a ton of other apps and has built-in features that allow you to do things like change a date format, randomize data, filter data based on information, and other helpful features.
Major apps that it can integrate: Zapier has roughly 500 different zap combinations available for Infusionsoft. Maybe you want to tag Infusionsoft contacts when they attend a GoToWebinar webinar, or create or update Infusionsoft contacts with new contact activity on ClickFunnels, possibly even tag Infusionsoft customers when they register for Eventbrite events. Ease of Use Grade: A - Super user-friendly with step-by-step instructions. Most integrations can be set up by logging into the desired app and granting permission, while others require extracted information for integration.
Overview: MyFusionHelper helps to fill in the gaps that Infusionsoft may leave you with, including getting more leads, engagement, and conversions and streamlining and automating your workflow.
Major apps that it can integrate: MyFusionHelper has 50+ Helpers currently in their library with plans to add more. Among those Helpers, they also provide advanced integrations with Google Sheets, GotoWebinar, Stripe, Slack, Zendesk, Facebook, YouTube, Wistia, Vimeo and more.
Ease of Use Grade: B - Navigation can be bit a clunky and creating helpers can be a bit technical. The interface is not the most user friendly and sometimes requires clicking around multiple places until you find what you are looking for.
Overview: PlusThis allows you to enhance your automated marketing efforts with different types of add-on features and integrations. Much like MyFusion Helper, PlusThis has 50+ features that take your marketing to the next level.
Major apps that it can integrate: PlusThis can connect GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinar, and Webinar Jam to Infusionsoft. Other integrations include Facebook and Google Sheets and Drive.
Ease of Use Grade: A - Some of the features can be a bit technical, but each feature has a walk-through video showing you how to set it up. Having previous knowledge of how to use Infusionsoft’s campaign builder (and specially the HTTP Post feature) is beneficial.
Overview: Workato can help you connect 150+ apps to Infusionsoft to automate your sales, support processes & track customer touch points seamlessly.
Major apps that it can integrate: Workato has a library of 2000+ pre-built integrations recipes that allow to start automating in minutes. You can also create your own automated workflows, with no coding required. Some of the more popular integrations include Quickbooks, Xero, Eventbrite, and Shopify, but for a more complete list check out the Infusionsoft integrations page.
Ease of Use Grade: C - Workato’s integration features are probably the most powerful on this list. Because of it’s deep integration abilities, it’s also a bit tricky to set up and requires at least a foundational knowledge of how data would flow from one system to another.
Overview: Parsey allows you to ‘parse’ data from your emails or to configure a webhook to send desired data it to Infusionsoft. Avoid manually entering data in Infusionsoft and perform actions such as creating or updating contacts, apply a tag, add an attachment to the filebox, etc. To me, the main benefit of using Parsey is that it’s built specifically for Infusionsoft, so it’s able to easily create orders, assign affiliates, add attachments to contacts and other less-used features of Infusionsoft that other integration tools would not include.
Major apps that it can integrate: The best part about Parsey is that you can connect to practically any other app you desire. Process orders through ClickBank, Shopify, BigCommercer, or other cart; enter leads and other data you receive email; initiate automation from document signature or viewing in apps like Docusign, EchoSign, or RightSignature. Ease of Use Grade: C - Similar to Workato, Parsey can do a lot more than you think. With its wide range of features, it can be a bit tricky to learn at first.
Overview: RevenueConduit allows you to integrate your shopping cart with Infusionsoft. Deep integration allows you to collect the all the data you need from your shopping cart, and trigger cart abandonment automation, as well as sending single-use coupons and automated reminders about expiration dates.

Ease of Use Grade: B - Quite easy to use after some user guide training. Being familiar with accessing Infusionsoft API details and tag IDs is beneficial.
Overview: InfusedWoo is a wordpress that allows you to integrate WooCommerce and Infusionsoft. You can use Infusionsoft to process payments or use another gateway. Other features include Automation Recipes, Checkout Custom Fields, Smart Coupons, and more.
Major apps that it can integrate: InfusedWoo connects WooCommerce to Infusionsoft for seamless automation.
Ease of Use Grade: B - Setup can be a bit technical, but after the setup is complete InfusedWoo is fairly straightforward. Knowledge of how to install plugins and entering API details for integration and how to set up automation in Infusionsoft is beneficial.
Overview: StripeyFuse allows you to integrate Stripe with Infusionsoft as a native merchant account so that you can use Infusionsoft Order Forms, Infusionsoft Shopping Carts, Infusionsoft Subscriptions, Infusionsoft Payment Plans and any Purchase Goals etc within Infusionsoft just like any other integrated merchant account.
Major apps that it can integrate: StripeyFuse solely connects Stripe with Infusionsoft.
Ease of Use Grade: B - StripeyFuse requires a one-time time setup that allows you to connect Stripe as a merchant account. Having previous knowledge of extracting API details from Stripe and Infusionsoft is beneficial.
